Question: I’m looking for cheap lodging in or near Big Bear, CA in December or early January?

I’ve checked BigBearCabins.com and all other instant google results. Please don’t answer, “I don’t know.”

Answer: If you wanted “cheaper”, you should have booked last month. Once it snows, the reservations start pouring in, and the prices go up. There’s nothing cheap in Big Bear.

Try the Golden Bear Cottages, or the Big Bear Frontier.
