Big Bear Lake Bed And Breakfast
Question: Buying a house in Lake Arrowhead…good idea or bad idea?
A friend of ours has three houses in the Big Bear area in CA. He is selling two of them and says that he can give us a good deal if we want to buy one. One is in Running springs, really nice but the other one is one Lake Arrowhead and for a while he was going to turn it into a bed and breakfast.
Do you think it would be a good idea to buy the house? We would really like it because my family loves winter sports and it would be fantastic to have a home to stay at near Snow Summit during the winter. Then during the summer, to be on the lake would also be excellent recreation. We thought that when we aren’t using it we can rent it out. But how can we advertise something like that?
And do you think it would be worth while money-wise? We are worried that we might have problems renting it out during non-peak seasons and are afraid of going into debt. Advice?
Answer: It would probably be easy to rent during peak season or as a full time rental. Renting it during the off time and expecting people to move out during peak time may be difficult.
It is a beautifrl area, If possible I would try to live there fulltime.

Big Bear Ca Hiking

Question: Sharp pain in my back when i breathe?
Today i woke up with a horrible pain in my back. Located around the mid back on the left side.
if i sit up straight and breathe somewhat shallow it doesn’t hurt but if i twist to the right, breathe in deeply, laugh, stretch or anything in the like it hurts especially when i breathe!
im 13 and 5’3 average weight and in quite good health id say.
By the way on saturday 3 days ago i believe i went for an 8 mile hike in Big Bear, CA
my main question is:
What is wrong?
&
is there anyway to “fix” it?
Answer: Nothing is wrong. Put your mind to rest. The hike caused it, and time will heal it.
