Question: Anybody know the city Big Bear, CA?
We’ve rented a vacation home there for a few days, and the location is the following: in Big Bear City, with a view of the east end of Big Bear Lake, and Gold Mountain to the north. Anybody know if this is an ok place? Never been there, so I wouldn’t know. Thanks.

Answer: East end of the lake is farther from The Village, but it should be pretty good nonetheless.
Tip for parking in The Village: park at Chamber of Commerce – next cross street after Pine Knot if you are headed west. Their lot almost always has open spaces and is free, too!
