Question: Where’s the best place to buy property for vacation rentals in or near the Big Bear area?

I am looking into buying a cabin up in the mountains by Big Bear to use as a vacation rental. I don’t plan to spend anymore than $100K, and I want to buy something where it’s close to attractions like ski resorts for the winter and other stuff for summer. I have narrowed it down to areas like Big Bear City, Big Bear Lake, Running springs, and Arrowbear. My question is, Out of these 4 areas, where can I find the most people that would like to rent a cabin?

Answer: Big Bear in CA? Aint going to happen. Nothing liveable exists for under 100k.
