Question: Real estate help on the island of kauai, hawaii?
Hello… I’m currently living in LA, CA. In a year or so, my family is planning on renting out or home in LA, selling everything we own in Big Bear, and moving to Kauai for two years. We’ve already applied to a private school out there we just need help finding a home on the south shore. The only issue we’re having is that we don’t want to buy, we want to rent out for two years. All homes there are either for vacation rent or for sale. Help finding long period rent single family home on the south shore anyone? Thanks!
